We can process your order documents and other customer transactions accurately through relevant company ERP or CRM systems within department guidelines and quality requirements.
We can work with systems like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Zendesk, as well as the Microsoft Office environment for order processing, order changing, and creating reports.
Order processing and follow-up
We can manage urgent and / or emergency orders / requests as they arise and communicate to the relevant teams, manufacturing plants, etc., as per your specific requirements.
Other work can consist of logging internal and external customer feedback correctly and on time, send order confirmation and correspondence to customers and maintain and update customer master data as required in your systems.
